Video: New International Trailer for ‘Water for Elephants’

This a ‘Team Jacob‘ I could get behind…

Here’s the new international trailer for Rob’s upcoming movie, Water for Elephants.

Check it out & let’s squeal… err, I mean, discuss at the bottom!

Okay, I think this might be my favorite one so far!  Why?  Because it has everything the others have had…. but wait… there’s more!  (Did I sound like an infomercial announcer there?  That’s what I was going for…)

My favorite parts were #PistolRob! #PieFaceRob! Jacob & Marlena together doing… ‘stuff’ LOL (Hey, just being honest here… >;-P)  Oh my… It’s also always great to see Rosie, especially after hearing how much Rob & Reese enjoyed working with her so much!  Go #TeamRosie 🙂

So, what did you think of it?  What was your favorite part?

AP: Robert Pattinson fears life after ‘Twilight’

Here’s one of the many interviews Rob has recently done during his Remember Me press junket.  Check it out!

NEW YORK – With his tousled, seemingly unwashed locks, and rumpled, just-rolled-out-of-bed undershirt and jeans, Robert Pattinson seems laid-back and carefree.

But the 23-year-old heartthrob, who attracts throngs of screaming fans wherever he goes, has a lot on his mind these days — not the least of which is what will happen when the “Robsession” ends.

“If it suddenly dies down and suddenly no one is interested … yeah, it is worrying,” he says. “It’s scary to think that it all might just fundamentally stop after the ‘Twilight’ thing’s finished.”

That “Twilight thing” is the more than $1 billion movie franchise based on Stephenie Meyer’s best-selling series. Pattinson stars as Edward Cullen, the vegetarian vampire who falls in love with human Bella Swan.

Despite the success of the first two films, “Twilight” and “New Moon,” Pattinson hopes to break away from the emo, teenage undead role with his latest project, “Remember Me.” The drama stars Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin as twenty-somethings falling in love while coping with family tragedy. Pierce Brosnan and Chris Cooper co-star.

Pattinson, also an executive producer on the film, recently talked to The Associated Press about nude scenes, being idolized and what he fears most in life.

AP: Did you feel a lot of pressure choosing “Remember Me,” since it’s the first time we’re seeing you post-“Twilight”?

Pattinson: I just always liked the script. When I was making it, I didn’t even think about it. Now that it’s being released, it comes into context with all of that.

AP: I know your two sisters are older, but were you able to draw on any real-life experience for your role as a protective brother?

Pattinson: I’ve never really had the opportunity to do that, really. I remember when I was like 6 years old and one of my sisters was being bullied by someone and I came down with my foam baseball bat. That’s the only example of brotherly protectiveness I had.

Rob nominated as MTV News’ #6 ‘Man of the Year’

MTV News has compiled a list of all their favorite stars.  The big reveal for their #1 guy & gal star will be announced on Friday.  Who has made the list so far?  Guess who?! And why is he NOT #1?!

Holy crap!  Ummm,… if Rob’s number 6… who the heck is numbers one through five? LOL  This shall be interesting….

Robert Pattinson Nominated As MTV News’ #6 Man Of The Year

Which stars had the biggest year? All this week, we’ll be unveiling our top nine men and women of 2009, counting down to the #1 man and woman on Friday.

In 2009, all eyes were on RPattz. Despite only releasing one movie, there were few people whose face sold more magazines, whose every word made more of a ripple and whose public appearances caused such a stir. Under such pressure, a lot of 23-year-old actors would end up getting into trouble, indulging to the point of excess and disappointing their fans. But somehow, the uniquely suited-for-stardom Robert Pattinson took it all with a good-natured grin and self-deprecating charm. In “Twilight” and beyond, his future seems so bright that he’ll likely be sparkling for quite some time.

2009 Highlights: We all know Rob had a busy 2009, and everybody had their own thoughts on what he should do after “Twilight.” Few saw his first move coming, however, as he dropped out of the indie flick “Parts Per Billion,” leaving producer/star Rosario Dawson sad but promising the show would go on. In February, he showed up at the Oscars and stole attention away from stars as big as Brad and Angelina. Despite expressing fears that he might become “Twilighted out” while shooting “New Moon” and “Eclipse” back-to-back, he nevertheless got back to work as Edward Cullen.

More Details on Edward & Bella’s wardrobe for ‘New Moon’!

Here are some more behind-the-scenes details in what it took to get the updated looks for Edward and Bella in Twilight Saga: New Moon!

DASHING EDWARD
“This is the most important costume [for Edward] because it’s the last thing Bella remembers him in,” the costumer said of Robert Pattinson’s suit. “We had to be very careful about choosing something that was absolutely right because he has to spend almost the whole film in it.” So, instead of buying one, Tish created her own suit out of a grey tweed with blue and orange flecks in it. “I wanted old world fabric to match with his heritage. I also wanted something that had texture and that would be able to age.” That’s right, there were six copies of this ensemble made in order for Robert to wear it continuously and in many different elements (i.e. in the ocean during Bella’s cliff dive!). Kristen is wearing a custom-made jacket that was replicated from the one she wore in “Twilight.”

THE GREEN MILE
“Putting Bella in hunter green was a request from Chris [Weitz],” Tish said of Kristen’s button up shirt, which was a design from Boy by Band of Outsiders paired with J Brand jeans and Keds. “We knew that Bella was going to be running through a crowd who were all going to be in red, so we had to choose a color that would make her stand out and still transition easily to that forest scene at the beginning of the film.” FYI, Edward’s grey peacoat on the right was homemade by Tish and her crew!

ROBED AND DANGEROUS
If you’re wondering where the black shirt went that Robert was slowly unbuttoning to reveal his six-pack vampire self to the crowd in Italy (in the movie, we see him put on a red robe after his attempts are thwarted by Bella, but, uh, did he just dump his actual shirt on the ground?), it’s in the black hole pf movie making. “When the script was originally set, Edward was supposed to be captured outside by Demetri and Felix — that’s why he is thrown a red robe,” Tish explains. “[But], by the time they decided he was instead going to be captured inside, we had already filmed the inside scenes.”

THE ENCHANTED FOREST
“These were the first costumes that I designed,” Tish recalls of the sequence in which we see future Bella as a vampire running with Edward in the woods. “The fantasy was this sort of post-wedding feeling where they were hunting in these light-colored outfits through the dark forest. I didn’t want them in anything practical.” So, she put Robert in some pretty high-end threads: a vest from Loden Dager, a Club Monaco linen shirt, Orme in Portofino khakis and Magnanni shoes (the same ones he wears with the grey suit throughout the movie). For Bella, Tish aimed for sweet and girly, while Chris Weitz envisioned a look from Greek mythology: Diana the Huntress. The result? “We made that silk chiffon over silk organza dress. It was nice to see her in something feminine.”

TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE HEART
Tish is one lucky lady — she also got to put her costumer designing gene to work on the next film in the Saga, “Eclipse.” But does that mean she’d give us any details on that closet? Well, sort of: “’Eclipse’ is just one week later,” she hinted. “Bella graduates, and color wise, that she is linked more to the Cullen’s — she gets out of her earth tones, and she dresses a little more grown up.”
